(b) Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Part I, of the Third Schedule to the Act the Standard Purchase Annuity in the case of * R«g. Xo. 98 is calculated on the basis of a Second Term Judicial Rent of £5 Os. Od. (c) In the cases of Reg. Xos. 79 and 80 the sums set but as rent are the parts of the original rents of £28. 14s. 6el. and £2 15s. Od. respectively, payable in respect of the entire holdings, which have . been: apportioned to the portions thereof, in .the occupation of Samuel Moore and James Patterson respectively^ pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (c) of the Act.
