Rohrer Garners ASUN Player of the Week Liberty outfielder Brandon Rohrer has been selected the ASUN Baseball Player of the Week for April1. With Rohrer’s selection, a Flame has garnered the honor each of the last three weeks. First baseman Logan Mathieu was tabbed Liberty’s first ASUN Player of the Week, while utility player Jonathan Embry picked up the honor last week. Rohrer posted a .611 batting average with five RBI and six runs scored, as Liberty went 4-0 this past week. The outfielder had two or more hits in each of the four games, including a three-hit game in a victory at Virginia Tech and a four-hit game in a win over North Florida on Saturday.
