He was born in the town of Bourgas. His father was an editor-in-chief of the “Golgotha” newspaper, later renamed to “New Epoch”. Boyan Boev completed his education in the Sofia University (SU) “Climent Ohridski”, in the subject of natural sciences. He knows French, German, and Russian. He continued his education in Munich, where he had a personal contact with R. Steiner, and desired to follow his spiritual school, but he sent him away with the laconic words that the World Master had descended to Bulgaria. Boyan Boev received the harmonizing of his soul in contiguity with Master Peter Deunov (Beinsa Douno). In 1912 he attended the gathering in Veliko Turnovo. During 1919 he was a teacher in the town of Svishtov, where he was dismissed because of the ideas of the teaching, preached by Master Deunov. From 1924 on he lived in Sofia and he made the Sermon on stenography. At the same time, he was responsible for the correspondence and the meetings of the White Brotherhood with the public. He was the third child in the family of Konstantin Deunovski, a priest and Dobra Georgieva. His maternal grandfather was Atanas Georgiev (1805–1865), a prominent figure in the struggles for an Independent Bulgarian Church during the National Revival period. His father was the first teacher and priest in Varna to teach and conduct services in the Bulgarian language. Peter Deunov was a pupil at Varna School for Boys. In 1887 he finished the American Theology School in Svishtov and from the autumn of 1888 he was a teacher at Hotanza, near Russe. In August 1888 he left for the USA where he studied at the Methodist Seminary in Drew, Medison, New Jersey. He graduated in 1892. During the summer of the same year he enrolled in the School of Theology at Boston University and the next year he finished his thesis on the migration of the Germanic tribes and their Christianization. He graduated in June 1893. For a year he also attended the School of Medicine. In 1895 he returned to Bulgaria and settled in Varna. He was offered to become a methodist and a theosophical preacher but he refused.

In a nutshell, the conflict cap- tures the leading religious imageries propagated by the custodians of the mon- astery on the one hand, and the spiritual leaders of a new religious movement, so-called Deunovians, on the other. The analysis helps situate some of the sig- nificant changes currently affecting the religious culture of Orthodox Christians in Bulgaria within a broader social and cultural context. The people of the past were extremely religious, so by undertaking pilgrimages, they hoped to be healed physically or mentally, to be purified, and thus to come closer to God. Drawing a parallel with today's practice of religious tourism in the country, it should be noted that it is becoming more and more profane and alien to true worship. The spiritual and material cultural heritage of Orthodoxy in Bulgaria as an object of pilgrimage tourism provides great opportunities for development in the country. The purpose of this study is to present the results of a study on the communication policy of monasteries in southwestern Bulgaria as a factor in the development of religious tourism in southwestern Bulgaria. The survey was conducted among visitors to monasteries in southwestern Bulgaria through the use of questionnaires and structured interviews on site when entering or leaving religious sites. By “God,” I understand this to refer to the Mother—to Living Nature. And she is great! Great is your Mother Nature! It is said in the Scriptures that when Christ found himself in human form, He became humble (Philippians 2:8). In order to have the Blessing of the Divine Mother, Christ was ready to endure all suffering. In esoteric science, Father is known as Mother. He is Love, but not in the way you understand Mother-Love. Do not even think of comparing this Divine Mother with the love you know. There is no image with which we can compare it. I call her “Divine Mother,” but not with the meaning that she has given birth to God. Esoteric science comprehends the Divine Mother as the Essence of all living things in the world.     Prophecy of Peter Deunov (Beinsa Douno) Robert Powell, PhD, and Harrie Salman, PhD Introduction by Robert Powell, PhD A text of prophecy—or prophecies—of the Bulgarian spiritual teacher Peter Deunov (1864-1944) has been circulating in English on the internet for many years. Evidently translated from the original Bulgarian, although a reasonable translation, the text in circulation has been translated by someone whose mother tongue is clearly not English. Therefore I asked Dr. Harrie Salman if, through his knowledge of Bulgarian and on account of his study of the works of Peter Deunov in the Bulgarian language, it would be possible for him to provide a true-to-the-original, authentic translation of this important prophetic text, so that it is readily understandable to English-speaking readers. This entailed extensive research on Harrie’s part to track down the original Bulgarian sources of Peter Deunov’s prophecies. He discovered that the internet text is a compilation of quotations from different years. Because only a few quotations could be traced, he decided to collect prophecies that have a reliable Bulgarian source. Among them is a prophetic message from the angel of the Bulgarian nation that Peter Deunov received in 1898 and that has been translated by Harrie. In 1910 and 1914 Peter Deunov spoke of the Second Coming of Christ. Relevant quotations relating to this have been added. Included are also prophecies from a collection of Words of Peter Deunov from the last year of his life, in which he looked into the future. Readers familiar with the usual version in circulation will recognize that Harrie’s text that follows below, although partly bearing some similarities with the internet text, is for the most part different and, moreover, is much longer, because of the extra inclusions.
