Diplomas and certificates will be distributed immediately after the exercises on the Great Lawn around the Armillary Sphere. During the Procession, all guests are asked to observe and remain behind the string barriers. All guests, including individuals using cameras or video equipment, are asked to respect the integrity of the ceremonies during the Commencement Exercises by remaining outside the circle and behind the seniors throughout the distribution of diplomas. Following the distribution of diplomas, the head of school and the faculty invite graduates and their guests to a reception in Flagstaff Courtyard or in case of rain, in the Smith Center.
