EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
OFFICE OF HAZARD EVALUATION AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE FISCAL YEAR 2002 ACTIVITIES
This report complies with Chapters 128D and 128E, HRS, that require the Department of Health (DOH) to prepare an annual report for the State Legislature. In addition, this report provides an overview of the function and activities of the Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response (HEER) Office during the State Fiscal Year 2002 (July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002).
