We'll need 5 hours for the full soundcheck, assuming that everything is prepared to the moment of our arrival, (i.e. stage risers are placed according the stage plan, all the requested instruments are on their place, DI-boxes and mics are on their positions on the stage and all the cables is ready to be immediately patched into our I/O device according to the Input List), every piece of the gear is working as expexted and soundcheck is not iterrupted by any curcumstances. We are using our own A&H CDM32 as input device and Dante transmitter. This MixRack is working as our monitor mixer as well and Dante is crutial to our show.

The console should be placed on the same level with the most of the viewers. The most desirable distance from the scene is from 1x to 1.5x of the distance between the main speaker stacks. Promoter representative Promoter provides a representative able to take decisions on promoter’s behalf. If radios are used by promoter’s crew promoter representative should have one.

Accommodations 15 single hotel rooms. Hotel must be located no more than 15 mins. drive from the venue.

Soundcheck Band needs 4-6 hours for load-in and soundcheck. At crew’s arrival all backline and stage must be properly installed and connected according to input-list.

Dressing rooms 3 lockable dressing rooms. Wi-if access, full length mirrors, hangers, chairs, tables 4 or more sockets in every dressing room. Keys must be provided to production manages upon bands arrival. In production office please provide AA batteries x20, 9v batteries x5 (Duracell only), b/w laser printer, permanent marker x2, stage tape, sheets of paper A4 x20, 12 dark towels.

Merchandise Promoter provides a table and a person for selling band merchandise.

Press Photographers allowed to shoot first 3 songs without flash. All interviews are welcomed but must be confirmed in advanced.
