The potential impact on the surrounding environment is considered acceptable when balanced against the benefits of this sustainable energy resource. As such, the proposed development can be accommodated at this location without significant detriment to residential and visual amenity of the location.

Legal Agreement:

The developer will be required to submit a restoration bond and conclude a legal agreement to ensure noise monitoring, the future removal of the turbines, restoration of the site and submit and implement a Habitat Management Plan monitored by an Ecological Clerk of Works.
