Exhibit Concerning Ownership Structure EXHIBIT CONCERNING OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE (For FCC Form 323 and Form 323-E) The following non-profit/non-stock, tax-exempt licensees share a controlling number of voting directors: Trinity Broadcasting of Texas, Inc. Trinity Christian Center of Santa Ana, Inc. Trinity Broadcasting of Arizona, Inc. Trinity Broadcasting of Florida, Inc. Trinity Broadcasting of New York, Inc. Trinity Broadcasting of Oklahoma City, Inc. (aka Trilogy Genesis, Inc.) Trinity Broadcasting of Washington Community Educational Television, Inc. Jacksonville Educators Broadcasting, Inc. San Antonio Community Educational TV, Inc. As tax-exempt organizations pursuant to Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3), 26 USC §501(c)(3), no director or officer holds any equity or ownership interest. Control of a non-profit organization with a self-perpetuating board, which is the case for these licensees, is determined based on the voting directors. Transfer of Control of Certain Licensed Non-Stock Entities, 4 FCC Rcd 3403, FCC 89-90 (released April 11, 1989); Foundation for the Annunciation Monastery of Clear Creek, FCC DA 11-735 (released April 25, 2011). None of these licensee organizations has any vertical ownership structure, and are not formally under the control of any other organization or corporation, nor do their Articles of Incorporation or corporate Bylaws confer any special powers on any other organization, corporation, business, or equity holder. This disclosure is therefore being provided because the same three voting directors –Matthew Crouch, Laurie Crouch, and Colby M. May – constitute a controlling number of voting directors of each of the above licensee organizations. Just hours after Katrina hit the region in August 2005, my mom and dad, TBN founders Paul and Jan Crouch, were already moving into action, calling on friends around the nation and world to partner with TBN to respond with compassion and help to the individuals, families, and communities in need. And respond they did! Through the kindness and prayerful concern of our dear friends and partners, TBN was able to give over $500,000 to Samaritan's Purse and other ministries as they quickly deployed to New Orleans to render both physical and spiritual aid to distressed and hurting people. Anyone acquainted with my parents knew that wherever in the world people were hurting, they were there in prayer and giving through the global outreach of TBN. Shortly after an earthquake devastated Haiti in 2010, they quickly deployed a team from TBN to set up mobile medical stations in Port-au-Prince and reach out to the tens of thousands of homeless, sick, and hurting.

It argues that these diverse expressions of Christian faith-fuelled abundance can be understood as a movement, for they stem from a cohesive set of shared understandings. First, the movement centered on Faith. It conceived of faith as an “activator,” a power given to believers that bound and loosed spiritual forces and turned the spoken word into reality. Second and third respectively, the movement depicted faith as palpably demonstrated in wealth and health. As a Christian I saw TBN ministries as an imposter to the Gospel and the Truths that Jesus taught and I always viewed its ministers, such as Jack Van Impe, Benny Hinn, Jerry Falwell, DOLLAR, Jan & Paul Crouch as a bunch of lunatics who did not properly represent my Faith in Jesus.
