Some light staining and a few minor pinholes to the length pose at the crease, holding his cricket bat. Photograph edges and one heavy corner crease, only slightly affecting a by E. Hawkins & Co. of Brighton. Signed ('W. G. Grace') in dark couple of signatures, G fountain pen ink with his name alone to the lower Estimate: £200.00 - £300.00 photographer's mount. Some very light age toning to the edges and a small chip to the centre of the top edge of the photographer's mount, G Lot: 7 Estimate: £400.00 - £500.00 AUSTRALIA CRICKET: A good 8vo page removed from an autograph album individually signed by fifteen members of the Australian cricket team of 1921 comprising Warwick Armstrong, Lot: 2 Herbie Collins, Charlie Macartney, Warren Bardsley, Sammy JACKSON F. STANLEY: (1870-1947) English Cricketer and Carter, Jack Gregory, Hunter Hendry, Ted McDonald, Arthur Captain of England (1905). Fountain pen ink signature ('F. Mailey, Edgar Mayne, Bert Oldfield, Nip Pellew, Jack Ryder, Stanley Jackson') on a piece slightly irregularly torn from a Johnny Taylor and Tommy Andrews. All have signed with their letter with twelve partial lines of holograph text to the recto and names alone in bold black fountain pen inks.
