Organized by JJ Sultans and Hari Maharjan, this year’s Gypsy Jazz started on 28 February, and will be on till the 14 March. Gypsy Jazz, stared by guitarist Jean ‘ Django’ Reinhardth in 1930, has its origin in France. It is also known by the French name ‘Jazz Manouche’ or ‘Manouche Jazz’. This time, the featured artists are: Daniel Givone (France), Xavier Mollien (Switzerland), Samuel Pont (Switzerland), Nicolas Fardel and Greg Pittet (Switzerland), Hari Maharjan Project (Nepal) and Kutumba (Nepal).
