At the top of each page you will find the following column headings... MODEL SIZES VINT./ DESCRIPTION BRAND LAST YR SHEET MTL WEARABLE FORM#/ NOTES DESIGN NAME MFG PARTS EXPIR PARTS EXPIR Model: The Unit Model Number: Note- It is very important to remember that the AAF and HermanNelson model numbers differ from all the other brand names listed in the index in that the model number is located in the middle of the alpha/numeric model number string. (Example: SPAGAAPFCWG53211000. The bold letters indicate the model number. The model number, in almost all cases, preceeds the first numeric character. Sizes: The entire range of unit sizes that are referred to in the corresponding replacement parts list or referral note. Vint./Design: Vintage and/or Design. Description: The type of equipment. Brand Name: The brand name found on the unit data plate (You will find a key identifying the Brand Name Codes on the following page). Last Yr Mfg: Final year the model was manufactured. Parts "expiration" dates are based on expected service life of the unit. When these dates are met, the following will apply: Sheet Mtl Parts Expir: Final year of sheet metal parts availability. - Parts that have not been used for many years, parts never sourced before, non-stocked parts, etc. will no longer be researched or Wearable Parts Expir: Final year of wearable parts availability. sourced. In many instances an engineering drawing will be available Wearable parts include compressors, controls, motors, for purchase. In other instances the part will be no longer available, electrical components, fans, motors, valves, etc. with no substitute or drawing available. - Any currently available parts will remain available. Form#/Notes: 1. If there is a parts list available for the unit, the Form Number is listed. Click on the Form # link to open the document. 2. If the product line has been sold, or was never part of Daikin Applied (but is commonly mistaken as such), you will find a letter code listed here. Check the Referral Codes list which has all of the referral names, locations, and phone numbers for the last known parts contact for these units. 3. "N/A" (Not Available) in this column means that there is no published parts list available. Please contact Daikin Applied for more information. 4. "TBC" stands for To Be Created, meaning the parts list has not yet been created.
