Selling & Buying of cryptocurrency Any user Selling or Buying cryptocurrency on Vertex (below referred as user) agrees that Vertex Market Ltd solely acts as platform provider and has no responsibility for trades happening on the platform. The user agrees and conrms to understand cryptocurrencies and the risks involved with trading OTC (over the counter) on a peer to peer (p2p) platform such as the one provided by Vertex Market Ltd. The user understands that Vertex Market Ltd has no contract or any connection to any payment service provider such as but not limited to PayPal,Venmo,Skrill,Netteller,Twint,Beem it,Papara,Zain cash,Dinarak,Revolut,PayTM,Alipay,Wechat Pay,Payoneer,Webmoney,Payza,Apple Pay,Google Pay,Yandex Money,STC Pay Vertex Market Ltd is never involved as a company in buying or selling cryptocurrency on the vertex.market platform. Action Required & Deadlines Action Required are messages that require the user to take some action in regards to a trade. Those actions are important and the user MUST follow these instructions. The user conrms to understand the importance of “Action Required” notications and that not performing the required actions within the given time, can result in a penalty in the height of the order amount. The user understands that not following an action required issued on the platform could result in losing cryptocurrency on his account that is irreversible and that it is the users responsibility to resolve an action requireded in time. User Accounts & Tier Levels The platform has 2 types of user levels: 1. B1 (no KYC, up to 1000 USD volume) Cryptocurrencies and utility tokens. 2. B2 (KYC + AML checks) No Limit and access to "veried only" oerings The data collected for each user level may vary between various countries. Vertex Market Ltd. Has outsourced the identity verication to Sub & Substance and does not own the data provided but has access at any time to all information.The user agrees that all the information provided is the correct and the truth. Vertex Market Ltd. has the right to downgrade an accont without any reason and need for justication. The user agrees to understand that this data cannot be deleted as it might be required for regulatory purposes. Oerings A oering is an advertisement to buy or sell cryptocurrency. The user itself is responsible for the price and limitations for his oerings. The user agrees and understands that an oering, whenever it is live is visible to other users and therefore is binding. As creator of an oering, the user has the chance to decline a trade but if "auto trade" is switched on, trades must be completed and refusing to do so is a violation of these terms. Wallet The funds on the Vertex Wallet are at any time fully owned by the user, making the user the legal owner and Vertex Market has no claims to those funds. The user solely authorizes Vertex Market to deduct fees for completed trades, withdraws and insurance bookings on the users behalf. Deposits made on the platform into the users wallet are secured with state-of-the-art security systems, however, the user is responsible for his funds and shall remove the funds when no longer needed. Vertex Market Ltd. cannot be held liable for any losses that have occurred due to security breaches or any other occasion. The user understands the risks involved by storing cryptocurrency on a wallet such as the Vertex Market wallet and that it can result in a total loss of funds. The user conrms to always check the deposit address before doing a new deposit as Vertex Market has the right to change the users deposit address without informing the user. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that he sends funds to the correct receiver, for incoming as well as outgoing transactions. Temporary deposits for trades Users can perform temporary deposits if they are conducting a sell order (selling to a user instantly cryptocurrencies) or do a crypto to crypto trade (selling crypto with payment as crypto). Those funds belong to the user which deposited them at any time but the user allows vertex market to withdraw (change the ownership of the funds) the funds and send them to the counterparty when the trade is completed, closed or a dispute is decided against the user. The user also grants Vertex Market the right to take the fees for the trade out of this amount.
