1 - Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

1.1. - Booking conditions

- After receiving a booking request through the Truck Surf Hotel website or on our email ([email protected]), we will make sure to send you a pre- reservation within 24 hours; - The pre-reservation is valid for 3 days; - To confirm your booking, please pay the total price via bank transfer using the details provided by e-mail or by Paypal.

1.2 - Changes to the booking and cancellation policy

- You can change the date or length of your reservation up to 1 month prior to departure, and if the new date is still available: €50 fee. - To cancel the reservation: Up to 6 weeks before the trip – 70% total price refunded 6-4 weeks before the trip – 50% total price refunded 4-2 weeks before the trip – 25% total price refunded - No refunds for cancellations or no-shows occurring less than 2 weeks before the trip.

In order to respond to traveling limitations that may occur due to Covid-19, we offer more flexible terms until December 2021. Like this, if you are not able to travel, according to any situation related to Covid-19, you can postpone your reservation without any fee charged.

2 - Travel information

2.1 - The best way to reach the Truck Surf Hotel

2.1.1 - If you are flying to/from Agadir Airport:

On the arrival day the Truck is located in Essaouira. The transfer from Agadir Airport to Essaouira, by taxi, has a total cost of 60€ (1-4 persons max). We can book the taxi for you.

On the departure day the transfer to Agadir Airport between 8:00 and 13:00 is included on the trip.

2.1.2 - If you are flying to/from Marrakech Airport:

If you are flying to/from Marrakech Airport, in the city of Marrakech there are daily buses from Supratours (very comfortable buses). The trip from Marrakech to Essaouira, and from Agadir to Marrakech, has a duration of 3 hours and costs approximately 10€. On the arrival day we do the pick up at Essaouira bus station from 13:00-20:00. On the departure day we do the drop of at Agadir bus station from 8:00-13:00.

2.2 - Transfer schedule

The pick-up is from 13:00 – 20:00. The drop of is from 8:00-13:00. Please send us your flight details (day and hour of arrival/departure, and flight number). If you plan to come on a day different than Sunday, please send us a special request by email.

2.3 - Can I stay overnight in Morocco?

Yes you can. If you arrive the day before the trip starts, or if you leave the day after the trip ends, you can stay overnight in a hotel or a guesthouse. We will help you with the booking in a hotel or a guesthouse with affordable prices.

2.4 – Insurance

Our insurance in Morocco only covers the trips on our van. The other activities of the Truck Surf Hotel are not covered by insurance. If you want us to provide a travel insurance that covers everything, please let us know in advance.
