Our class sizes are kept small to ensure quality instruction in a safe and interactive environment. Westborough Community Education Summer Enrichment 2016 * 90 West Main Street * Westborough, MA 01581 * 508-836-7765 page 2 SUMMER ENRICHMENT GENERAL INFORMATON CONTINUED Summer Enrichment Registration Deadlines Registration deadlines for Summer Enrichment Programs are two weeks before the start date of each class. Classes will run only if we have received the requisite number of minimum registrations. No later than two weeks prior to the start date of each class, parents will receive an email letting them know the status of the class. At the two week mark, if a class has been determined to run WCEP will accept registrations up to one week before the start date of each class. Non residents of Westborough are welcome. Immunization Records All participants who are not enrolled in the Westborough School District must submit an Immunization Record one week prior to the start date of class. Immunization records may be faxed to 508-736-7767. Payment Policy Payment for Summer Enrichment Programs is DUE at the time of registration. If mailing in a registration, please send the check in with the registration form. Checks should be made out to WCEP. If registering online, please pay via the online pay- ment link that can be found on our website. There is no registration fee to participate in our Summer Enrichment Programs. If payment is not received within two weeks of registration, your child will be removed from the class list and you will be notified. Please note: Tuition paid to WCEP for child care purposes is tax deductible. Town of Westborough Tax Identi- fication Number is 046 001 355. Please list “Town of Westborough” as the provider. Refund Policy Refunds will be granted for verifiable medical emergencies only (e.g. doctor note). All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Maryellen Feeney ([email protected]), the Community Education Director. No credit will be issued for missed days. Full-Day Program Option We offer a full-day option for both morning and afternoon Enrichment Program participants. Half-day Enrichment Program participants may join our Summer Day Camp for a full day of activities. Students will be escorted between programs by our staff. Rate: 20% off full-week Summer Day Camp tuition. Only one discount applies. Lunch Option If you have registered your child for a morning and an afternoon Enrichment class, which has an hour break in between the classes, they may join the camp lunch for one hour at a rate of $10.00. Students will be escorted between classes by our staff. Extended Day Extended hours are available from 7:30—9:00 AM at a rate of $8 per morning. If you would like to register for the Extended Day Program, please complete the “Extended Day” column of the Enrichment Registration Form. Students will be escorted be- tween programs by our staff. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures Summer Enrichment Drop-Off and Pick-Up will take place in front of the set of doors labeled D4 & D5 located opposite the main staff and student parking lot at the side entrance of the high school. In order to keep traffic flowing, please enter the high school via Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Drive off of Ruggles Street and watch for our signboard. Please be prompt. If you have questions about your child's Enrichment class, please park in the parking lot and escort your child into the building to the Community Education Program Office through doors D4 & D5. Please be prepared to show a photo ID. Late Drop-Offs Children who arrive late must be escorted into their Enrichment class by the Enrichment Coordinator. Please enter the build- ing through the set of doors labeled D4 & D5 located opposite the main staff and student parking lot at the side entrance of the high school. Once you sign your child in with the Enrichment Coordinator, you are free to go. Early Pick-Ups If you need to pick your child up early, please write a note and hand it to the Enrichment Coordinator at drop-off. All partici- pants must be signed-out from the Community Education Program Office (just inside doors D4 & D5).
