With respect to above mentioned subject Ref:(1) letter Udupi District to Kundapura Town under Central Govt.UIDSSMT project. The proposed sewer pipelinelaying, Jointing & Manhole construction work in progress. The request for approval for the proposed sewer pipelinelaying, Jointing & Manhole construction on either side of theKundapura- Shimoga state Highway. WithRef:(2) letter to implementation of the proposed work comes under Teerthahalli- Kundapura State highway, This road has handed over to AEE National highwaysub-divisionShrungeri byNational highway Department. The work granted under CRF, so the project work permission is to be taken from same Department with Ref:(3) letter AEE National highway DivisionShrungeri. The same road comesunder the National highway Department, so they informed that the utility of road side permission that Department will issuing, theproposed execution work in the Teerthahalli- Kundapura state highway from Basrur junction to HoncharBettu bridge area the asphalt road having average quality. The same asphalt road restoration was completed recently under the CRF project National Highway sub division Shringeri Department. This road is belongs to state highway Daily 10,000 and more PCU vehicle traffic movement is there. The project implementing chainage of road shoulder width is very less the asphalt road restoration “O&M of work”currently in maintenance. So either side of sewer pipeline laying and jointing and RCC manhole construction implementation in this road suppose this work road will be damaged, due to heavy traffic

150 and road width is less if the work in progress period the vehicle traffic movement will be in trouble. The road is state highway and connected to the district highway. Work in progress period due to traffic obstruction nuisance possibility is moreto the public. According to the vehicle movement in this medium road will be upgrading to double traffic road so all the above mentioned reason. The laying and jointing sewer pipeline and manhole construction will execute outside the surface drainage and leave the proposed double road space. So this is our suitable opinion. during the work in progress, the O&M period restored road will be damaged also due to this arising any litigation and traffic movement Trouble from vehicle movement on state highway, during period of laying and jointing and RCC manhole construction any problem arrisedtotally all responsibility on this related Client department On this basis conditionalapproval issuing.

Yours Faithfully
