STEPHEN UP: Shortstop Stephen Alemais is beginning to swing one of the best bats atop the Curve lineup. The shortstop from the Bronx has hit safely in six of his last seven games with three multi-hit performances. Over the recent stretch, Baseball America's No. 26 Pirates prospect is hitting .346 average (9/26).
