‘LOVE AT FIRST GLANCE’ Cast Bios ADRIAN GRENIER (James Fielding) - Grenier is best-known for his starring role as Vincent Chase on “Entourage,” one of HBO’s most popular half-hour series in the network’s history, and the much anticipated Warner Bros. film version of Entourage that was released in 2015. Grenier recently completed production on two films: the political thriller Public Affairs, alongside Thora Birch and Mimi Rogers, and Southern Fury co-starring Jonathon Schaech, John Cusack and Nicolas Cage. Both films are scheduled for release in 2017. Most recently, Grenier was seen in the thriller Marauders alongside Bruce Willis and Christopher Meloni, which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. Along with memorable roles opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada and in the romantic comedy Drive Me Crazy, his other credits include the Woody Allen films Celebrity, and Anything Else, the new indie film Goodbye World, the John Waters comedy Cecil B. Demented and the Sundance Film Festival-nominated The Adventures of Sebastian Cole. Founder of Reckless Productions, Grenier has also brought his keen eye and love of storytelling to the production of documentaries: as producer/director of Shot in the Dark (2002), writer/ producer/director of the critically acclaimed Teenage Paparazzo (2010), producer of Don’t Quit Your Daydream (2010) and executive producer of How to Make Money Selling Drugs (2012), in addition to a variety of short films. Grenier is currently in pre-production on the documentary 52, which will chronicle the search for the loneliest whale in the world. Grenier is also a musician and founder of Wreckroom Records, a music incubator for emerging artists which has aided and promoted dozens of rising young performers and bands. An investor and advisor to emerging technology ventures, he is also a passionate environmentalist who has actively supported organizations focusing on habit-changing education. Motivated to do more, in 2009 Grenier co-founded SHFT.com, a content creation/curation hub promoting sustainable green living through film, design, art and food, currently extending into a broader conscious lifestyle brand. Its real-world projects include the SHFT Mobile Kitchen Classroom, which provides New York City high school students opportunities to engage in experiential lessons around food, health and sustainability. Grenier also serves as a social good advocate on behalf of Dell, championing healthier, eco-friendly choice through digital storytelling and advocacy. # # # (more) HALLMARK CHANNEL – ‘LOVE AT FIRST GLANCE’ – CAST BIOS/Page 2 AMY SMART (Mary Landers) – After steady appearances as Alison on the television series “Justified,” she was most recently seen in the Lifetime Original film “Sister Cities” alongside actresses Troian Bellisario, Stana Katic and Michelle Trachtenberg. She has several projects slated to premiere this year including the independent film Apple of My Eye. Previously, Smart starred alongside Ashton Kutcher in The Butterfly Effect, Jason Statham in Crank, and Crank: High Voltage, Emmy Rossum and William H. Macy in the hit television series “Shameless,” and Ryan Reynolds in the film Just Friends. She was also seen alongside Matt Dillon and William Dafoe in Bad Country. Smart was born in Topanga Canyon, California and got her start in TV-movies, making her feature debut in Stephen Kay's The Last Time I Committed Suicide alongside Keanu Reeves, which screened at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival. She was a relatively new arrival to the film scene when Smart first gained notice for her supporting roles in the hit teen films Varsity Blues, and Outside Providence. Outside of her acting career, Smart has been involved with a variety of philanthropic organizations. For seven years she was a speaker for Heal the Bay, an organization that works on cleaning up the ocean. She was also previously named one of “Organic Style” magazine’s “Women with Organic Style.” The award is given to women who do inspiring things, making the world a better place. She presently sits on the board of directors for both the Environmental Media Association and Heal The Bay. Smart continues to work with the environmental advocacy groups Environment California and Best Friends Animal Society. # # # KELLY THIEBAUD (Carey) - Kelly Thiebaud was raised in El Campo, Texas and got her start starring in four David Guetta music videos before getting roles on ABC’s “Castle,” “Secret Life of the American Teenager” and CBS’s “Criminal Minds.” She also played the hugely popular Dr. Britt on ABC's “General Hospital” for two years before segueing into the feature world with lead roles in Healing the Stupid, Grace Unplugged and Razed. # # # -- HALLMARK CHANNEL – .
