Contest Guidelines: 2011 Membership Drive Contest #2 the “Who Would Win in a Video Game Battle” Contest Contest Guidelines: 2011 Membership Drive Contest #2 The “Who would Win in a Video Game Battle” Contest Restrictions: You must be a Transformers Collectors’ Club member to enter this contest. There are no content restrictions on any contest, but your entry must be in good taste.* You pick the two characters who would square off, who would win and how! Depict it in art, a photo or just write it out. The “Who would Win in a Video Game Battle” will be judged by the FP staff. Limit of one entry per member. Please email quality pictures to [email protected] with Subject line “Photo Contest 2012” Three entries will win a Razer DeathAdder gaming mouse AND gaming pad! Please note that "exact" pad and mouse may vary from promotional picture. All submissions must be receiVed by MIDNIGHT (Eastern Standard Time / Eastern Daylight Standard Time) on October 28th, 2011. *It is the sole discretion of Fun Publications as to what is considered in good taste. The Transformers Collectors’ Club is open to members of all ages so that needs to be taken in to consideration with any and all submissions. The Transformers Collectors’ Club Staff shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and in the interpretation of contest rules. Their decisions shall be final. The winner authorizes the use, without compensation of his or her name and/or photograph for promotion and/or adVertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in teleVision or film releases, slides, Videotape, distribution oVer the internet and picture date storage) which Fun Publications, Inc. may deem appropriate. The contest is open to registered members of the Transformers Collectors' Club. Employees of Fun Publications, Inc, adVertising and promotional agencies and their respectiVe affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
