Tyrone. 1 NOTES.—(a) Each holding when vested in the purchaser shall continue to have appurtenant thereto, and to be subject to, as the case may be, any previously existing easements, rights and appurtenances. (b) The gale-daya for the payment of rent in respect of the above-mentioned holdings are the 1st May and 1st November. (c) Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Part lr of the Third Schedule to the Act, the Standard Purchase Annuity in the case of Reg. No. 214 is calculated on the basis of the Second Term Judicial Rent at £6 15s. Od. (d) -In the case of Reg. No. 171 the sum set out as rent is the part of the original rent of £3, payable in respect of the entire holding, which has been apportioned to the portion thereof in the occupation of James O'Neill (Teresa), pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (I) (C) of the Act. The remainder of the original holding has been treated as a separate holding and is set out at Reg. No. 248 above. (e) In the case of RegNos. 223, James Bums is the-direct tenant to the Owner at the rent of £4 11s. lOd. but John McKee (Reg No. 223) and Henry Coleman (Reg No. 250) have been treated as the tenants thereof pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (I) (B) of the Act. (f) On re-vesting, the following holdings will be consolidated:—Reg No. 95 with Reg No. 225, Reg No. 167 with Reg. No. 168, Reg No. 172 with Reg No. 241 and Reg No. 174 with Reg No. 248.
