With reference to my letter dated 29 January 2019 regarding the extension of deadline for Member States to consider the list of new applications of representatives of other relevant non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, academic institutions, the scientific community, the private sector and philanthropic organizations for accreditation to participate in the second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation on a non-objection basis by 1 February, I have the honour to enclose herewith the full list for accreditation that has been approved to participate in the said High-level Conference.
