LEE SPALDING: Manager Lee joined Marine in 2018 when he became caretaker manager after the departure of previous manager Dave Webb. Initially just for the 2017/18 season but after leading the team to a playoff final victory at Wimborne Town and promotion to the Southern League Premier Division Lee was rewarded with the Managers role on a permanent basis at the start of last season. Having established the team in the Premier South Division with a creditable mid-table finish last season he now starts his eighth season with the club. -
