“Traveling Apron” visits Glenn L. Humphrey Lodge No. 364 Bro. Bill Shelley recently paid a visit to Glenn L. Humphrey No. 364. Bro Shelley was raised in Fidelitas Lodge No. 830 in Germersheim, Germany in 1973 and is still a member. When he joined Union Grove Lodge No. 288 in December of 2009 he vowed to visit every lodge in the district to better learn the ritual. This he has done with the exception of one, which he will be attending next month. He has become known as the “Traveling Apron” because he presents miniature aprons to the lodges he visits which is a tradition in Germany. Bro. Shelley said one visit has lead to another and he has visited over 25 lodges since last December.
