C'est un technicien qui est en train de réaliser un bon travail, et nous n'allons pas lier son avenir à un penalty raté ou à une balle qui a ricoché sur le poteau”, a affirmé le secrétaire général du club, Hicham Edhib, cité dimanche par les médias locaux. “Nous sommes satisfaits du boulot effectué par Benchikha, en témoigne le rendement de l'équipe qui est en progression constante”, a ajouté le responsable du Club Africain, précisant qu'il “est inconcevable de se séparer d'un entraîneur à la veille d'un match de Coupe d'Afrique.” Pour sa part, Abdelhak Benchikha a relevé la difficulté de sa mission à l'issue de la quatrième contre- performance de rang de son équipe . “Les bons résultats finiront par suivre.
