Prof. (Dr.) Ram Shankar Katheria (Minister of State in the Ministry of Human Resource Development) on behalf of Shrimati Smriti Zubin Irani laid on the Table a copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Notifications of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of School Education & Literacy), under sub-section (2) of Section 33 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993:— (1) F.No.-62-1/2012/NCTE(N&S), dated the 16th December, 2014, publishing the National Council for Teacher Education (Determination of Minimum Qualifications for Persons to be recruited as Education Teachers and Physical Education Teachers in Pre-primary, Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary, Senior Secondary or Intermediate Schools or Colleges) Regulations, 2014. 175 RAJYA SABHA (2) G.S.R. 126 (E), dated the 27th February, 2015, publishing the National Council for Teacher Education (Amendment) Rules, 2015. Shri Piyush Goyal (Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Power, Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Coal and Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) laid on the Table:- I. A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Notifications of the Ministry of Coal, under sub-section (3) of Section 31 of the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015:— (1) S.O. 782 (E), dated the 18th March, 2015, publishing the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Amendment Rules, 2015. (2) S.O. 871 (E), dated the 27th March, 2015, notifying the appointment of Chairman, Coal India Ltd. as a designated custodian to manage and operate the Schedulte-I coal mines, namely, Marki Mangli-I(Maharashtra), Marki Mangli-II (Maharashtra) and Namchik Namphuk (Arunachal Pradesh). (3) S.O. 877 (E), dated the 30th March, 2015, notifying the appointment of Chairman, Coal India Ltd. as a designated custodian to manage and operate certain coal mines in the states of Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand.
