Request by Golden Boy Promotions to change the venue of the May 6, 2016 boxing event to the Toshiba Plaza to be televised on estrellaTV, for possible action. CONSENT AGENDA: a. Date Requests 1. Request by Roy Jones Jr. Boxing for the date of May 21, 2016 to promote a boxing event at the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center to be televised on CBS Sports with a maximum of 6 fights, for possible action. 2. Request by TGB Promotions for the date of May 21, 2016 to promote a boxing event at The Cosmopolitan to be televised on Showtime with a maximum of 7 fights, for possible action. 3. Request by Mayweather Promotions for the date of May 21, 2016 to co‐promote a boxing event with TGB Promotions at The Cosmopolitan to be televised on Showtime with a maximum of 7 fights, for possible action. 4. Request by Sampson Promotions LLC for the date of May 21, 2016 to co‐promote a boxing event with Mayweather Promotions at The Cosmopolitan to be televised on Showtime with a maximum of 7 fights, for possible action. 5. Request by Roy Jones Jr. Boxing for the date of June 10, 2016 to promote a boxing event at the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center to be televised on CBS Sports, weather permitting, for possible action. Request by Tuff‐N‐Uff Productions, Inc. for the dates of July 5 – 8 and July 10 to promote an amateur mixed martial arts tournament sanctioned by IMMAF/UMMAF at the Las Vegas Convention Center, for possible action. 7. Request by World Fighting Championships for the date of July 16, 2016 to promote an amateur mixed martial arts and kickboxing event sanctioned by UMMAF at Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel, for possible action. 8. Request by Tuff‐N‐Uff Productions, Inc. for the date of August 13, 2016 to promote an amateur mixed martial arts event sanctioned by ISKA at CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, for possible action. b. Request for License per Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 467.017 9. Request by boxer Mauricio Herrera for a license per NAC 467.017 (attained the age of 35 years or over), for possible action. (Record 22‐5‐0) 10. Request by mixed martial artist Chris De La Rocha for a license per NAC 467.017 (attained the age of 35 years or over), for possible action. (Record 4‐1‐0) 11. Request by mixed martial artist Sara McMann for a license per NAC 467.017 (attained the age of 35 years or over), for possible action. (Record 8‐3‐0) c. Grant Reimbursement Requests per Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 467.108 12. Request by Feroz Fight Factory for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Oxnard, CA to participate in the National PAL Championships on September 28 – October 3, 2015, for 7 boxers and 3 coaches for per diem of $1,200.00, and mileage of $425.20 for a total of $1,625.20, for possible action. 13. Request by Barry’s Boxing for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Branson, MO to participate in the Sugar Bert National Qualifier on March 4 ‐ 7, 2016, for 7 boxers and 3 coaches for hotel rooms of $471.86, per diem of $600.00, car rental of $354.27, and air travel of $1,174.00 for a total of $2,600.13, for possible action. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work May 7, 2016 at the T‐Mobile Arena for the WBC Middleweight Title between Saul Alvarez and Amir Khan, for possible action. 2. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work May 21, 2016 at The Cosmopolitan for the WBA Super Welterweight Title between Erislandy Lara and Vanes Martirosyan, for possible action. 3. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work May 21, 2016 at The Cosmopolitan for the IBF Junior Middleweight Title between Jermall Charlo and Austin Trout, for possible action. 4. Selection of officials and setting of fees to work May 21, 2016 at The Cosmopolitan for the WBC Super Welterweight Title between Jermell Charlo and John Jackson, for possible action. 5. Hearing on Extension of Temporary Suspension against mixed martial artist Andrea Lee‐Aaron, for possible action. 6.
