of their life here on earth. We should acknowledge November 15, 2020 the sadness of their no longer being physically rd amongst us, and yet take hope and trust as our 33 Sunday of faith teaches: “Indeed for your faithful, Lord, life is Ordinary Time changed not ended, and, when this earthly dwelling turns to dust, an eternal dwelling is made ready for A Time of Remembrance them in heaven.” Our faith challenges us to hope, trust and believe in the teachings of Jesus Christ November is a time for remembering and praying who came to live among us and show us the path for our loved ones who have gone before us and to everlasting life. The following prayer is taken whose loss we feel. It is a time when we are from the Order of Christian Funerals and perhaps particularly conscious of those in our parish who one that we might say frequently during this month are grieving and all the families who have lost loved of November: ones in the past year. Traditionally, here at St. Jude, annually in November we have a Mass of “Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let Remembrance. This year, we will be celebrating perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in the Mass of Remembrance on Sunday afternoon, peace. Amen.” November 15th, at 2:00 p.m. 2020 has been a very stressful year for our parish, our community, our - Deacon Ray Roth country and our world. Because of the Covid19 pandemic the number of people attending the Mass St. Jude Parish Weekly Reconciliation Times of Remembrance is limited to the families who have Tuesday-Friday 6:45-7:15 a.m. lost loved ones during 2020. As a parish family we Saturday – 3:15-4:00 p.m. support these families in their time of grief through (Reconciliation also by appointment) our prayers. Pope Francis has spoken regarding the Parish Sacrificial Giving remembrance of the dead: “The remembrance of Fiscal Year 7/1/2020-6/30/2021 the dead, the care of graves and prayers of repose are a witness of the confident hope, rooted in Last Week Year-To-Date certainty that death is not the final word on the Collections (86) $ 11,583.00 $ 91,950.00 human fate, since man is destined to a life without Electronic Funds (6) $ 215.00 $ 21,520.00 limits which has its roots and its God.” Bldg.
