No. 11-9/98-FC dated 8th July 2011 has issued a general letter pertaining to submission of Authenticated Geo reference Digital plan for applications under FC act 1980 for all applicant applied applied for Non Forest Use of Forest Land (Enclosed as Annexure I). Therefore, the present report prepared after conducting DGPS observation and other related field survey. Using above said DGPS observation and field survey data the Geo Referenced Digital plan has been prepared in compliance of requirements for submission of online application for Right of Way (R.O.W.) of proposed 66 KV transmission line route as per FC Act, 1980. TECHNICAL APPROACH & METHODOLOGY DGPS Survey report of proposed 66 KV transmission line route for Intake & Booster Pump House Reliable Solutions & Planning Adani Power (Jharkhand) Ltd Durgapur Godda I. PREPARATION OF PLAN SHOWING PROPOSED FOREST AREA The proposed forest land of 15.170 Acres area lies 12 Nos. of Cadastral Map of Revenue Village JATAKOTI, TELGAON, NIMAKALAN, DAKETA, CHOTTASAHARPUR, RANIDIH, SARONI, DHANKUNDA, DHAMINI SEMRIYA, JHIRLI and GORADIH. The said map scanned properly in order to avoid any error and transfer to ARC GIS software for Digitization. The digitized sheet was compared with existing land use and finalized. The proposed forest area of 15.170 Acres lies within number of plots. The boundary of said area was identified over the Map by marking 261 Nos. of concrete pillar namely from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 for proper delineation of proposed forest area. II. DEMERCATION OF BOUNDARY OF THE PROPOSED FOREST AREA & FIXING OF CONCRETE PILLAR. The survey team of Reliable Solutions & Planning was demarcated the applied forest area by closed traverse method from traverse station from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 by using Total Station. The concrete pillar were fixed over the entire demarcated point i.e. boundary point i.e. boundary from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261. DGPS Survey report of proposed 66 KV transmission line route for Intake & Booster Pump House Reliable Solutions & Planning Adani Power (Jharkhand) Ltd Durgapur Godda III. ESTABLISHMENT OF GROUND CONTROL BASE STATION A group of surveyor along with SOUTH Make Global Navigation Satellite System commenced the respective field survey work at the proposed forest area along proposed 66 KV transmission line. During the reconnaissance survey, it was found that topography of the said area is hilly area. Therefore, it was decided to establish two Nos. of Control Base Station for formation of primary Triangulation in different location of the proposed forest area. DGPS observation by STATIC METHOD was carried out over the said location by taking about 2 hours of satellite observations. During the course of field survey, numbers of Ground Control Base Points were established named as Base 1, Base 2 & more for DGPS observation by STATIC method for Geo Referencing of all the demarcated & Concrete pillar from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 of the applied Forest area. The raw & post processed DGPS field observation data of all base line by STATIC method showing the number of satellite signal received during the observation. Latitude, Longitude, Northing, Easting & Z value. Primary triangulation network adjustment data in HRMS & VRMS, etc. is attached with this report as ANNEXURE-III. The photograph showing the DGPS observation over the two base line/ station is attached with this report as ANNEXURE-II. DGPS Survey report of proposed 66 KV transmission line route for Intake & Booster Pump House Reliable Solutions & Planning Adani Power (Jharkhand) Ltd Durgapur Godda IV. DGPSOBSERVATION FOR GEO REFERENCING OF PROPOSED FOREST AREA DGPS observation were carried out by RTK method over all points from all the established Ground Control Base Station i.e. Base-1 & Base-2 to the already demarcated proposed forest area boundary pillar by from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 for establishment of Secondary Triangulation Network in order to Geo Referencing of proposed forest area. The raw & post processed DGPS field observation data of proposed forest area from pillar from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 showing the Latitude, Longitude, Northing, Easting value is attached with this report as ANNEXURE IV. V. PREPARATION OF GEO REFERENCING DIGITAL PLAN IN SHAPE FILE After completion of all field survey the processed data has been used for preparation of Geo Referenced Digital Plan in Shape layer file. The Geo Referenced Digital Plan in Shape layer is attached with this report as Plate No.1 along with its soft copy i.e. in DVD. The coordinate of all corner points of proposed forest boundary pillar from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 is attached as ANNEXURE V. Traverse Station data thst is Fore Bearing, Back Bearing, Traverse Leg distance from pillar 1 to pillar 2, pillar 2 to pillar 3 and pillar 258 to pillar 261 is attached herewith as ANNEXURE VI.

an> Title: Need to expedite railway projects in Jharkhand. SHRI NISHIKANT DUBEY (GODDA): Left Wing Extremism (LWE) problem is one of the most serious internal security challenges facing the country. Jharkhand is amongst the States worst affected by this problem. The state has remote and inaccessible areas which need significant improvement in connectivity for providing the necessary impetus for economic development. Poor railway connectivity is affecting the fight against Left Wing Extremism. Therefore, I urge the railways and national highway authorities to expedite the sanctioned project (2016-17) from Vikramshila to Kateriah via Bateshwar Sthan (Ganga Bridge), Godda-Pakur and Basukinath-Chitra, under joint venture initiatives in the Santhal Pargana and Anga region. A Railway Line under the latest funding policy of the Ministry of Railways with government of Jharkhand has already been sanctioned from Pirpainti to Jasidih via Godda. However, the pace of work is slow. These extension lines would help off-take of large quantities of coal from three incoming projects like Simlomg Expansion, Hura "C" and Chupervita and existing mines of Chitara of ECL. In the absence of this line there will be problem for dispatch of coal. Mineral rich state of Jharkhand is the single largest revenue contributor to the Coal India and yet has been receiving step motherly treatment all along. These lines will connect five major lines:- (a) Delhi to Guwahati via Kateriah, Bateshwar Sthan. (b) Bhagalpur to Howrah via Pirpainti, Pakur. (c) Bhagalpur to Rampurhat via Hansdiha. (d) Delhi to Howrah and Kharagpur via Jasidih. (e) Howrah to Delhi via Dhanbad. These railway lines will also connect ports like Haldia and Paradip via Sahibganj terminal or inland waterways.
