You will pay the hotel directly to the hotel on departure day. For sharing a room with another player, you have to give us the name of the player you are sharing with. We will not accept entries for double rooms without the name of the person sharing the room. You will then be booked in a single. If possible we’ll use both championship courses. The A, B and C category (1-3) will play the white and yellow course and the D and E category (4-5) will play the red and blue course. Number of players: Maximum number of players for this tournament is 70. Payment: Players and companion fees must be paid in cash at the registration desk on Sunday, June 29th in the clubhouse. Travel information The Hampshire Golf hotel - Waterland is easy to reach by car: From Amsterdam (Coentunnel) follow the A8 in the direction of Zaandam. Then take exit "Purmerend/Hoorn/Leeuwarden", which will get you on the A7. Stay on the A7 and take exit "Purmerend Noord". Turn right at the end of the exit, you are now on the N244 (Purmerend Noord/Volendam). At the traffic lights of the 3rd crossing turn right (De Baanstee). Go left on the roundabout, and go right on the second road which is the "Westerweg". You will find the entrance of the grounds of the Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland after 1400m at the left hand side. Starting List: Will be placed on the notice board and in the clubhouse / hotel the day before each round, including the practice round and Pro-Am. Modus of play: The tournament will be played over 36 holes (2 days) in separate handicap categories (Men and Woman), with one practice day based on EGA exact handicap. When categories are too small they will be combined. The competitions will be played according to the Rules of Golf by the R&A and the Modifications of the Rules of Golf for Golfers with Disabilities. Player must show a registered handicap 36 or better. Categories according to the new EDGA rules are: A. EGA Exact hcp. +/0 – 4.4 B. EGA Exact hcp. 4.5 – 11.4 C. EGA Exact hcp. 11.5 – 18.4 D.     VOORWOORD Geboren in 1898, Monnickendammer in hart en nieren, heb ik gemeend in een aantal krantenartikelen, de periode rond de eeuwwisseling en de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw tot 1945 grotendeels uit mijn geheugen te beschrijven.
