Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Vadapalanji Village, Madurai South Taluk and Kinnimangalam Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai II, Madurai District in the State of Tamil Nadu.
