Andy Banachowski begins his 41st year as the head coach of fourth-place fi nish at the FIVB U-20 Junior World Championships, the Coaching Highlights the Bruins’ women’s volleyball program. Banachowski and UCLA best-ever fi nish for the United States in that tournament. Record: 1,037-270 (.793) women’s volleyball have been synonymous since the program’s inception in 1965.
