Mercer scored her second of the game with a slap shot that went right over Lundberg’s glove hand. Just over a minute later, Fast one timed a close range shot off the feed of Shannon MacAulay. Matteucci provided the Golden Knights with the 6-0 final margin as she fired a shot from just under the blue line on goal. Lundberg made the save initially but the puck bounced up off her leg pad and into the goal. Lundberg finished with 29 saves in the game. Alexx Ridding replaced her with 6:49 remaining in the contest.
