FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE 45% Out of 92 respondents who reported no internship experience, 41 reported that they were employed full time. Internships & Salary DATA ON 238 DEGREE RECIPIENTS AVERAGE SALARY WITH INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE $51,498 193 respondents reported having at least 1 internship and reported their starting salary. AVERAGE SALARY WITHOUT INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE $43,524 45 respondents reported no internship experience and reported their starting salary.
