PWD, Abbottabad on written application over the firm's original letter head. ,) Eligible constructors/firms/companies will be issued tender documents for the above-mentioned works based on scrutiny of their written application, which must be accompanied by a bid security @ 3% of the NIT amount of each of the works in shape of deposit at calI/CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favour of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division, Pak. PWD, Abboftabad, clearly mentioning the name of firm. otherwise tender documents will not be issued to the applicant firm on the grounds of the application being incomplete and non-responsive. To be considered valid, the aforesaid CDR must have a date of issuance falling after the date of advertisement of this NIT in prinVelectronic media and on or before the date of submission of application by the constructor/firm. The present research was carried out to distinguish three species of pheasants at molecular level. Fourteen RAPD Primers were used over the nine samples of three pheasant species. On average 3.35 alleles were amplified and the average genetic distance estimated was 7%-63%. Nine samples of three species were clustered into two groups using dendrogram. Group A comprised of samples of Lady Amherst (Chrysolophus amherstiae) and Golden pheasant (Chrysolophus pictus) while group B comprised of Yellow Golden (Chrysolophus pictus mut. luteus). It is concluded that the Lady Amherst and Yellow Golden are most distantly related, so the crossing of these two species is recommended for creating maximum genetic diversity. Key words: Genetic diversity, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Lady Amherst pheasant. Amongst the parts used, the results showed that the whole plant of most of them viz. thirty-two, the leaves of twenty-seven, the stem of twelve, and the fruits of nine taxa were used for different purposes. The governing families of the study area were Rosaceae Family consisting of thirteen taxa, solanaceae having five taxa, Buxaceae, Verbenaceae, Lamiaceae, Acanthaceae having three taxa each, Papilionaceae, Berberidaceae, Buddlejaceae, Anacardiaceae, Thymelaceae, Sapindaceae, Araliaceae, Guttiferae, Oleaceae, Cupressaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Poaceae, Rhamnaceae, Rutaceae, Caprifoliaceae keeping two taxa, and the rest of all the families contained one taxa, each was recorded in the study area. INTRODUCTION Balakot is located between 34°33′N 73°21′E latitude and 34°33′N 73°21′E longitude near Kaghan valley located in the Northern part of Pakistan. It is a historical place and famous tourism site of the region, and the gateway to Kaghan valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The famous river of Balakot is Kunhar, originating from Lulusar lake and merges with River Jehlum just outside Muzaffarabad in Azad Kashmir.

Acute Respiratory Infections (Upper and Lower) (ARI) • A total of 1,010,892 consultations were reported through DEWS of which 17% were acute respiratory infections (ARI), 12% skin disease, 10% acute diar- Acute Watery Diarrhoea (AWD)/ Suspected Cholera rhoea, and 6% suspected Malaria. The importance of a strong Movement coordination framework was agreed. A joint statement was issued at the end of June clarifying roles and responsibilities of Movement partners. • A Revised Emergency Appeal was launched on 6 July 2009 for CHF 7,974,802 to assist 91,000 displaced PRCS mobile health unit doctor examines a patient in people (13,000 families).
