At-Large Director Richard Moseley Champagne Pools of Central Florida, Sanford Richard Moseley has been in the pool industry and with Champagne Pools of Central Florida for more than 20 years. He has served on the state Board for a total of nine years. Throughout those years, he has chaired and served as a member on numerous committees. Richard is also a past president for the Central Florida Chapter.
