The FSPA High School Invitational Swimming and Diving Meet in Orlando was held in October and the Chapter was able to send three volunteers to help. The Chapter sponsored three local teams at the meet and all of them placed in the top ten! Countryside High School placed second, Palm Harbor University High School placed fourth and Northeast High School placed seventh! Congratulations to all who participated in this event! The Annual Tampa Bay Pool Industry Table Top Event was held on October 28 at Ruth Eckerd Hall. It was a fun night for all. Over 20 exhibitors participated. Food was provided by Ker’s Wing House and music by Dave Perri. There was also a Halloween Costume Contest. Our winners were Pebbles Flintstone, Rachel Gangelhoff, along with her parents Fred, Brian Gangelhoff, A Pool’s Best Friend, and Wilma, Linda Gangelhoff, in third place; Sarah Palin, one of the Wing House staff, in second place; and The Beer Keg, Rick Howard, Rick’s Pool Service, in fi rst place.
