On the motion of Mr. O'Neal, duly seconded and unanimously carried, the Board of Trustees adopted the agenda as amended. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS, CLOSED SESSION ITEMS There were no requests to speak. 4. CLOSED SESSION The Board of Trustees entered closed session at 3:34 p.m. 5. Mr. Shinoff commented on the evidence contained in the charges and Mr. Schnaufer followed with a rebuttal to the charges. 5.
