MEDINA COUNTY HOME Medina Kids Care Horse Show raises over $4,000 19th annual event benefits Medina County Home residents The 19th Annual Medina Kids Care Benefit Horse Show for the Medina County Home Residents was held at the Medina County Fairgrounds on Sunday, May 2. MEDINA COUNTY HOME Meet the County Home’s new hairstylist Sandie Miller Sandie Miller of “Sandie’s Homebound Salon Care” is the new hairstylist for residents at the Medina County Home. Attending the Elyria Academy of Cosmetology in Elyria, she graduated and received her license in 1974. Miller has worked in three different salons in Elyria, Grafton and North Ridgeville. Taking some time to raise her daughter, she babysat at home for six years. She then started her own business, “Sandie’s Home- bound/Bedbound Hair Service” in 1991. She received her instructor’s license in 2001; how- ever, it is currently in Escrow as she prefers to work from behind the chair.
