Laufer From Page 1A good use of his time and media of the day, making a name for himself with these works and others such as the “Golfer you have met.” All manner of sport drew his attention for which he reciprocated through his pen and ink drawings. He enjoyed meeting sports person- alities of the day and, as a media representative for leading daily newspapers, attended sports events to capture his unique view- point on paper. There are collectors today who cherish his work as well as that of other artists who plied the trade.
