1. To accept our invitation to the Kempinski Corvinus Circle, please fill in the Acceptance form. Your membership card will be sent to you shortly after the hotel has received the signed form.

2. If you wish to have a guest account, please send us your credit card details by filling out the acceptance form. In accordance with the PCI (Data Security Standards), please send us the form either by fax +36 1 429 4475 or by calling us on +36 1 429 3577. You are kindly requested to settle your account before the end of each month. Should there be an outstanding amount on your guest account on the first day of the next month, the Hotel’s controlling department will charge the amount to the given credit card. An invoice will be sent to you.

2.1. If you do not wish to send us your credit card details, you will still be entitled to the above-mentioned discounts. However, you are kindly requested to always settle your invoice on the spot, after the consumption, and no guest account will be available for you.

2.2. Reductions will be given on presentation of a membership card and a signature from the guest. In the case of a guest account, the reduced amount will be added to the member’s guest account. If there is no guest account, the consumption has to be settled on the spot (in case no credit card details are on file).

2.3. In the case of a credit/debit card authorisation, our invoice will be issued on the last business day of the relevant month by debiting the card simultaneously. For amounts above HUF 50,000 gross (in words: Fifty thousand forints), the invoice will automatically be made out to the guest and is payable on the spot. Should the member not allow automatic debit to his/her card at the end of the month, the bill is due after consumption on the spot and is payable by cash or credit/debit card.

3. The membership card is only valid for the person in whose name it was issued.

5. A change of personal data and credit/debit card details must be announced to the hotel immediately, otherwise the member’s account may be closed.

6. Members of the Kempinski Corvinus Circle can propose candidates for membership, but the final decision is made at the discretion of the hotel management.

7. Membership validity is indicated on the card or until revoked by the hotel management.

8. In case of loss of the card, you are kindly requested to inform the hotel immediately in order to have your guest account closed, to avoid any unpermitted usage. The reactivation of the guest account and the reissue of the card is subject to a fee of HUF 1,500, valid from 01.02.2017 until withdrawal.
