Description:
Our goal at Bone Bank Allografts is to lead and serve the medical community, while maximizing the great gift of tissue donation. We are currently seeking full-time Orthobiologics Territory Managers to join the Bone Bank Allografts team across the nation.
As a steward of the gift of donation, an Orthobiologics Territory Manager (OTM) represents and promotes the use of donated human tissue throughout a designated territory. In this role, the OTM will display the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and transplantation. Primary call points will be surgeons, and hospitals with 30-40% of time spent in the operating room and secondary call points with distribution partners. The OTM’s responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through direct sales, strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service, as well as distributor recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and implementing strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory’s strategic service goals are met. Attain sales and market share objectives as defined by the OTM’s manager and corporate senior management. Complete all required training such as compliance, product, sales or other required company training. Ensures administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely manner such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, hospital billing issues, etc. Develops and reviews business plan with the OTM’s manager quarterly. Develop written strategic business plans for forecasting and targeting key accounts. Maintain high level of product and technical knowledge. Operate within defined budgets and strictly within accordance to corporate policies and procedures. Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management including but not limited to all field inventory management. Target and develop new account opportunities and recruit new distribution partners Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in biologics, spine and/or orthopedics in the medical device industry, hospital sales and/or physician sales. Orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience is strongly preferred. Effective oral, written and presentation communication skills Ability to analyze and strategize in order to meet goals Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills. Complete understanding of operating room protocols. Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel. Must be extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and manage a large territory with multiple responsibilities. Ability to recruit and work alongside distribution partners Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business or related field from accredited college/university About Bone Bank Allografts
