Monday AM2, January 14
10:30 Chair called the meeting to order.
Chair reviewed patent policy. Chair reviewed the agenda. The agenda was accepted unanimously. Chair showed the meeting minutes of the last meeting and the minutes were accepted unanimously. Chair reported on the status of Letter Ballot 37 (Authorization) passed and Letter Ballot 38 is on going and closes on Jan 14, 2008 anywhere on the earth. Therefore, we can conduct preliminary discussion now but the final resolution to be deferred to Wednesday.
