A. Revision of AA/AS Degree in Physical Education Rationale: Presently the PE degree requires 18 units of physical education courses (any PE class). This does not help our students meet the basic requirements of physical education departments at the Cal State/University level. The proposed change will help students transfer into a physical education major as a 3rd year college student instead of trying to catch up to the program due to the lack of requirements at MSJC.
