The Advocates for Fibromyalgia Funding, Treatment, Education and Research (AFFTER) invites you to participate in their patient conference – Fibromyalgia: More Questions Answered – 2003 in Bloomington, IL on April 26, 2003. This year we are honored to have Dr. Muhammad Yunus as the key note speaker, accompanied by a wonderful group of guest speakers that complete a well rounded, educational program.

The anticipated attendance at this conference is 250 patients and medical professionals. All participants will receive a conference program where you have an opportunity to place an advertisement. As a sponsor, you would have a variety of options to choose from as referenced on the attached form. The vendor area is located in the main meeting hall where the conference will take place in the Interstate Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to set up the previous evening.

Participating in our conference will offer excellent exposure to all of those interested in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. We have six booths that are 10 feet by 10 feet and 17 vendor tables, each being eight feet long. All reservations will be handled on a first-come-first- serve basis.
