3 Month specials are at a reduced rate. There are no refunds.  Boats overall length must be 30 feet and under (Boats may be measured)  All moorage must be prepaid  3-Months = 91 – Consecutive Days  Offered once per year to boaters  Electricity and trailer storage available, additional fees will apply  LIMITED Berths available  24 Hour cancellation policy is in effect  Call office to confirm your reservation one week prior to arrival  If you need to cancel or reschedule your arrival date we do require 24 hour notice  If your boat breaks down you may substitute with another boat – office needs 24 hour notice  Marina office must be notified when your boat leaves the marina & when the boat will return o The special is at a reduced rate, if you will be gone more then 3-days especially on weekends the office must be notified o In order to continue this special please be mindful of other boaters who need a berth  You are welcome to extend your stay at the daily or monthly rate – contact office to make sure that berth is available and payment is made to avoid penalties  Insurance Required – STATE MANDATED all boaters staying 30/days or longer must present the moorage facility proof of insurance.
