The JOY Foundation and The Warner Robins Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will jointly host the 2017 Annual Scholarship Gala. This collaborative partnership will maximize our community impact and expand our collective abilities to award academic and need-based scholarships to deserving college bound high school graduates.

The Jumpstarting Our Youth (JOY) Foundation, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established in 2010, is dedicated to empowering the Middle Georgia Community through cultural awareness and educational enrichment. It awards arts-based scholarships to Houston County students in music, theater, painting, sculpture, and other areas of visual and performing arts.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world. The Warner Robins Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., chartered in 1989, has served the community, promoted many educational projects, and awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships to students in the local area including Houston, Bleckley, Dooly, and Pulaski Counties.

In order to continue our great legacy of scholarship awards to deserving students, we invite you to participate as a Gala corporate sponsor. The Gala will be held on March 4, 2017 at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, GA, and we anticipate more than 500 guests which represent all facets of our great community. Proceeds received from the Gala directly contribute to the scholarship awards. Additionally, your donation is tax deductible.
