Temporary Event Notices Register

A Temporary Event Notice permits licensable activities at premises within specified limits. Only the Hertfordshire Constabulary can submit an objection notice within 48 hours of the notice being served. If the prescribed limits are exceeded a counter notice will be served. If the Police object, the applicant may modify the operating schedule with their agreement.
