Online Extremely Due to the fact I spend all day trying to get through on the phone, then to be asked if my appointment is necessary. I hardly ever get to Unlikely see my own doctor. I have a 17 month old so trying to get to the surgery can be challenging and I work too so sometimes can't even get an appointment. It's been going on for a long time now and I'm seriously thinking of going somewhere else. Practice Comment: We are very sorry to hear you have encountered problems getting through on the phone and seeing you own doctor. We have introduced a new way to make appointments with our Patient Access facility where you can book you own appointments online/via your smart phone. This service gives patients access to all of the available appointments for that day as well as pre-bookable appointments for the next 2 weeks. To use this service please ask for a form from reception or download one from granvillehousemc.co.uk. We have also started opening at weekends to allow greater access for people who find it hard to get to the surgery during the week. We operate as a group practice and all of the doctors have access to individual patient’s records. Online Likely The practice is going in the right direction and moving with the times pleased they are offering some appointments at weekends with all the new properties being built the practice needs to do this also met Dr Clarke seen him three times i know he is here for twelve month such a shame these are the kind off doctors the practice needs so helpful listens to you patient and understanding but easy to talk to not had this since Dr Boyes left and such a shame he will leave the practice and go elsewhere Online Neither Likely If Dr Clarke was to stay at the practice but he won’t be a brilliant doctor listens to you helpful easy to talk to and explains things and nor Unlikely helpful in a good way just like Dr khan was what a pity he won’t be here after twelve months Online Neither Likely Maybe if was asked to for me very happy with everything about the practice nor Unlikely Online Extremely All the staff are helpful and professional. The surgery is clean and bright and on the whole appointments are readily available. I have never Likely had cause to complain. Excellent service. Online Extremely Apart from the great difficulty in obtaining appointments and the difficult access for the disabled, this is an excellent GP practice, good Likely doctors backed by good nurses.
