Class 3 Midi Pairs 2’6” (80cm) max

Class 4 Small Open 3ft (90cm) max

Class 5 Open 3’3” (100cm) max

Optimum time will be displayed on the course plan. The rider or pair going clear and closest to the optimum time wins.

Run under Pony Club Eventing rules.

Hats to Pony Club regulations and body protectors must be worn, plus medical armbands. If an air vest is worn it must have a body protector underneath it.

Rosettes to 6th place.

Refreshments available.

Mini - £15.00, Pairs - £30.00 All other classes - £20.00 - plus £2/person for First Aid

Paper numbers will be used. Please bring your own number bib. A few will be available to purchase on the day.

The course may be walked from Saturday 10am. The organisers and land owners do not accept responsibility for any accident or loss which may occur to horses, persons or property however caused in connection with this event. Riders will ride at own risk.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

1. The event will be held under Pony Club Eventing Cross Country 2017 rules (to include hat and body protector standards and the wearing of medical arm band).

2. In all matters the Judges’ decision is final.

3. LONG HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK AND KEPT CLEAR OF THE NUMBER BIB.

4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

5. Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary’s office with a £10 deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained.

6. The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse any entry and to cancel any class.

7. NO MUCKING OUT OF TRAILERS/LORRIES ONTO SHOWGROUND.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organizers and all the officials and stewards.

8.Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

9. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

10. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The NCH Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
