Turn this sheet during the last class time of the 6 week grading period. Points will only be recorded at the 6 week grading period. Signatures will only be given at the check-out time. In order to receive full points make sure you both clock in and out with your crew chief and/or Forrest. Remember the number of points you earn will be a direct reflection of how much work you put in. You may receive up to 10 points per hour worked. Make sure you refer to the Policies/Procedures sheet for specifics about this assignment. I have put an example in bold for you to follow. Round up your hour(s) to the nearest ¼ hour under total hours but please put the actual time you are clocking out in the appropriate column.
