Dear ECE & Kindergarten Parents,

Thank you in advance for participating in the new KISS ‘N’ Go drop off and pick up system at Samuels Elementary. This new Kiss ‘N’ Go system has been created to give parents a safe and convenient way to get students to and from school.

Here is how it works:

Drop-Off:  Pull up to the front of the building along Vincennes Ct. driving south.  Pull as far forward as possible and form a line along Vincennes Ct.  Students should be ready to exit your vehicle on the passenger side only. Staff members will be available to assist as needed.  A Samuels staff member will be waiting to greet your student and direct them to the playground or lunchroom for breakfast.  Do not get out of your vehicle; KISS your student and G0! Pick-Up:  Pull up to the front of the building along Vincennes Ct. driving south.  Pull as far forward as possible and form a line along Vincennes Ct.  A line of cars will form along Vincennes Ct. It is important to stay in line until you reach your student.  Teachers will escort students to the KISS ‘N’ GO zone along Vincennes Ct.  Students will enter vehicles on the passenger side only.  After picking up your student, drive south on Vincennes Ct to E. Oxford Dr. Please Note:  A Samuels staff member will be available to sign in/out ECE students.  Teachers will pick up students from the playground at 8:10 a.m.  Students should not be dropped off before 7:30 a.m.  Breakfast is free for ALL Samuels students and is served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.  1st -5th grade students will use the KISS ‘N’ GO zone in the Samuels parking lot.  If you are dropping-off or picking-up ECE or Kindergarten students AND 1st-5th grade students, choose a KISS ‘N’ GO zone that works best for your family.  Do not park or leave your vehicle unattended in the KISS ‘N’ GO zones or Passenger & Bus Loading areas.  Treat volunteers and staff with kindness and courtesy. They are giving up their valuable time to help keep our children safe and make drop-off and pick-up easier for everyone!
