Challenge: Design Nokia Networks first Extranet E-commerce experience. Phase II: Addition of email notification for partners, communication platform for partners (i.e. IBM) internal approval process, order tracking, extended product catalogue, design templates for WAP access.
Client: NOLS WAP service: Follow up project: User group and Usability study to analyze suitability of existing NOLS services for Wap access. Wap service add on development. Challenge: Establish usability study as part of the process, develop meaningful service from existing Nols (Nokia Online Service) site. On-site work Helsinki - Nokia (cont.)
